This is the second time that I've worked with Susan, for obvious reasons. She held my hand through the process of purchasing a home 8 years ago, and this year she helped me sell it for top dollar. Susan is knowledgeable, strong, and top of emails and texts. However, she listens and works with you to make sure that you are aware of any changes and guides you through your thoughts and ideas. Our process to buy and sell came about quickly. Sue was ready for us right away and was by our side across a quick two month period. Having not bought or sold in 23 years everything felt overwhelming, but it was comforting to have a knowledgable and trusted partner supporting us in the process. I cannot say enough good things about Susan Hotchkiss. Her knowledge and skills go above and beyond.
