"Susan did a great job selling our house, from our first meeting to our closing. She gave us great advice on how to prepare our home for listing, she placed great pictures on our listing page to attract a lot of attention, she prepared a successful Open House which helped to attract multiple offers, and she was a tremendous help in all final negotiations. With all of Susan's hard work we were able to get an offer on our house above asking price, and were able to sell our house in only 4 days after the house was listed. Susan was our agent for the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. Susan Hotchkiss is a great realtor to work with. She was extremely prompt in replying to my emails and calls.
